Shinrin Yoku Massage

Ideal for relaxation, immune system optimization, opening the respiratory system and lymphatic drainage, this treatment combines raindrop essential oil therapy of the spine, hands, and feet with environmental submersion inside a spa setting. When dwelling in a forest one is exposed to several atmospheric factors: sunlight, sound, and plant essences (phytoncides). These three factors have incredible stress reduction, anti-inflammatory, immune-system boosting (NK cell production), and nervous system balancing properties. In your Shinri-yoku session you will be submerged in the soft undulating light of the forest, listen to the sounds of the forest, smell, breathe, and bathe in the essence of the forest, have your skin exfoliated with dry-brush, and soak in the gentle infrared rays of the sun.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage + Lymphatic Stimulating Dry Brush Treatment + EO Raindrop Therapy + Aromatherapy misting + Hot towels = 80 minute session (minimum)

+ Infrared Sauna Wrap = additional 20 minutes

+ Cold Stone Sinus Relief Face Massage = additional 15 minutes

Japan - the Original land of forest bathing:

Wander through the deep, rich, and ancient coniferous scents of the serene Shinto temples with Hinoki (Japanese Cypress - Chamaecyparis obtusa), Yoshino (Japanese Cedar - Cryptomeria japonica), & Karamatsu (Japanese Larch - Larix kaempferi) with a hint of sweet Kinmokusei (Orange Osmanthus).

Feel the flow of peace, timelessness, and tranquility while listening to the sounds of waterfalls roaming through Mt. Fuji, forest birds, streams, and crickets.

Australia - Open up and go Walk-about

Breath deeply in the wide open spaces provided by Australia’s Outback. Let your lungs unfurl and expand, opening to the invigorating scents of Eucalyptus, Lemon Myrtle, & Manuka flowers.

Listen to the laughter of the kookaburra, the chorus of the cicada, the deep croak of bullfrogs and the strange forest song of the Aboriginal Dreamtime.
