Light Spectrum Therapy

Also known as photo & heliotherapy, this custom light-work therapy enlists the use of specific wavelengths of light to assist with skin, mood, sleep, chakra balancing, and energetic disorders. In this therapy you will receive a consultation about your current state - emotional, physical, mental, etc. and the therapist will set specific wavelengths & patterns of light to assist balancing and bring you back to a centered and present state. 

Light therapy combines well with all the other therapies offered here. (Examples: combine light color-frequencies and sound frequencies to balance chakras during a biofield session, combine light pulses/undulations to encourage theta and alpha brain waves of sleep, relaxation, & meditation during your massage.)
